ORDERING BASICS

Order minimum- $100
Our wholesale site is the easiest way to place your order. See our newest products and best-sellers, and benefit from site only specials.

PAYMENT

Your card will be charged when order has shipped.
We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

CURRENCY AND SALES TAX

All prices are in US dollars. Retailers must provide state sales tax number or current sales tax license.

SHIPPING

We place an emphasis on preparing your orders with great care, and typically ship within 3-7 business days.
Orders are assembled in our studio in Birmingham, Alabama and ship USPS Priority.
Expedited shipping is available by request and additional cost.
Retailers will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships

BACK ORDERS

Occasionally we will oversell our stocked products. In this case, we will notify you as soon as possible. Unless directed otherwise, we will ship your immediately available products and will ship the back ordered products free-of-charge as soon as we are restocked.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless damaged in transit or are defective. Please notify us of damaged items within 5 days of receipt. We will forward you a prepaid shipping label to return the merchandise and we will ship you replacement merchandise at no extra charge.

Notice of loss or damage will be filed with USPS by Gracefully Made. Please photograph the damage and retain any packaging materials for USPS inspection.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cancelled prior to processing will incur no fees. Once your order has begun to process or has shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
